Welcome to Karrinyup Little Athletics Club!
We welcome athletes born 2018-2008 of all levels of ability and experience.  Membership with KLAC includes training sessions in a local park and weekly competition at Hamersley Little Athletics Centre, where our athletes compete against other clubs with the opportunity to compete in their age group across a range of running, walking, jumps and throws events.
Athletes also have the option to complete in major events such as the Zone and State Championships, including relays, as well as the winter cross country season.

Registrations for new members for the 2024-25 season will open on 1st September . New members are also welcome to attend an afternoon information session on 7 September from 3:30pm to 5pm at Charles Riley Reserve for all  five clubs involved in the Hamersley Centre.

Our club training will commence 7 October and the first Saturday competition at Hamersley will take place on the week of the 12 October (TBC).

We offer 2 free trial trainings to anyone interested in giving little athletics a go! Please contact our registrar at [email protected] for more details. Our come and try session this year is 14 October, bring a friend and see what it's all about.

For full registration information visit: Hamersley Website - Registration Information. All Karrinyup athletes register under Hamersley and then select 'Karrinyup' as their club.

The main club training is held from 5pm to 6.15pm on Mondays at Karrinyup Reserve, corner Huntriss Road and Bartlett Crescent. Karrinyup. This session caters to all age groups with the opportunity to practice all events. 

A second session for athletes U12 or above will be held on Wednesdays (TBC) at Charles Riley Reserve, this training is a combined session with the other Hamersley Clubs and gives the opportunity for our athletes to work with specialist coaches.
